Carol Oglesbee – Founder & Managing Partner
Carol has had over 15 years of extensive executive search research experience. She
founded and has worked with Oglesbee Miller Research for over 8 years. At
OMR, Carol conducts research projects for technology, environmental, retail,
consumer, electronics and many other industries. As a generalist, Carol
has worked on over 1000 research projects leading to completion. Carol
also conducts on-site research training seminars for research teams teaching
them how to work effectively on research projects.
Prior to OMR, Carol built and led a 30 person research team at Christian & Timbers (a leading executive search firm, nka CTPartners) during their major growth period from 1992-1998.
Carol is a graduate of Kent State University and enjoys reading, traveling and golf. She resides in Cleveland, Ohio with her family.
